FAE major in providing automatic technique service, automatic developing design and each type of producing equipment. We contribute to smart production and customize service. According to the trend is in Industry 4.0, we develop aggressively application technique and follow up the demand of industry.

Encouraging employee to innovate with open-minded horizon, developing more convenient and faster equipment for producing. To get established in Taiwan, and take a broader view to the world.

 

➣ MILESTONE

1988 - FAE team under the influence of technology transferring from parent company of PHILIPS in Automation Department in Taiwan Branch,
   who starting the research of MLCC water base production equipment :
  • Capacitor Produce Equipment: Precision Coating and Laminating Machine.
  • Resistor Produce Equipment: MLCC Printer, Hybrid Coating Machine, Barrel Plating Process.

2001 - The Manager of FAE team C.C Wu Starting to improve and develop producing equiments of Taiwan MLCC industry as leader, such as:

  • Capacitor Produce Equipment: Roll to Roll Printer, MLCC Stacker, PK Car Sensor and Chip 6 Side inspection Machine.
  • Resistor Produce Equipment: Aging Oven Noise Reducing, Lamination Process Machine and Wafer auto mapping machine.
2012 - FAE team went independence from PSA Group in 2012, not only contribute to providing smart production and customization service,
   but also developing Design Project for better solution in IC industries.
 
2013 - The first independently developed「MLCC Stacker」of Taiwan successfully launched, compare to the market standard good are
   kits changing needed, FAE stacker is consumable-free and High-Level Film available too.
 

2014 - For a better quality in producing line for customer, FAE launched new「MLCC Printer」in 2014.

2015 - To solve the main issue of product jam of market chip inspection equipment, FAE launched own「6 Side Chips Inspection Machine」
   in 2015, combine customized service to meet more customer need.

2016 - To reach the goal of replacing manual operation in transitional product line, FAE developing own「Wafer auto mapping machine 」.

2018 - To improve IC product yield rat and reduce HR Costs in producing line, FAE launched「 IC Cap Glue Auto Measurement m/c」in 2018.

2020 - The first「 Fiber Optic pin Auto Assembly M/C」successfully launched in 2020, which can dealing 7 different type Fiber Optic pin,
   also provide a better solution compare to other producing line using manpower.
